Vincent Lucci
President & Chief Executive Officer
Vince Lucci is the president and chief executive officer of Broadband Hospitality. Mr. Lucci founded the company in 1993 as a start-up Hospitality PBX integrator. Prior to working in the hospitality industry, Mr. Lucci received a BSBA concentrating in Sports and Recreational Management from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Jeanne Mafodda
Vice President of Operations
Jeanne has been with Broadband Hospitality since 2000. Jean started with the company as a front office manager and has been promoted steadily to her current position. She has over 13 years of hospitality industry experience. Jeanne worked for a notable hotel prior to joining BH as a guest service rep and night auditor for two years and has over 20 years of business management experience.

Melanie Perham
Chief Financial Officer
Melanie started with Broadband Hospitality in 2002. Prior to her employment at the company, she worked as a Senior Accountant for an Independent hotel management company. Melanie received her BSBA from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio.

Curt Weingart
VP, Sales & Marketing
Curt joined Broadband Hospitality in 2009 after many years as a successful technology-oriented sales professional in the media, internet, cellular and electronics industries. Curt is responsible for directing all sales efforts for BH including our sales staff for the purpose of acquiring and maintaining hotel clients by selling our suite of services, for researching and developing new market opportunities, including various programs with subcontractors, bandwidth providers, video providers and wholesale services. He is also responsible for directing all marketing and advertising efforts for the company.

Chris Ruozzo
Chief Network Technician
Chris started at Broadband Hospitality in 2004 as a Field Installation Technician. Chris has advanced his role significantly since joining the company. Chris is now responsible for network design, new product research, testing, field technician coordination, and on-site installation and repair. He also is CompTIA A+ and Cisco CCNA certified.

Larry Borders
Satellite Systems Manager
Larry was hired in May of 2009 to launch the Satellite TV division at Broadband Hospitality. He brings to the company 25 years of hospitality TV experience. Prior to joining BH, Larry worked for LodgeNet Entertainment Corp (LNET) as a Field Service Engineer for 11 years. He now is one of a few engineers that hold a Thomson Com1000 hospitality satellite system certification in the country.

Edward Joseph
Director of Call Center Operations
Ed has been employed at Broadband Hospitality since 2001. Ed started with the company as the first Inbound call center IT help desk attendant answering 2-3 calls per day. He now is responsible for a staff that answers approximately 6000 support calls per month. He also carries the responsibility of administering the in-house IT director duties.
