Vince is the president and chief executive officer of Broadband Hospitality. Mr. Lucci founded the company in 1993 as a start-up Hospitality PBX integrator. Jeanne is responsible for implementing the installation of all new services and equipment purchased by our customers. This includes the delivering of IT services, by overseeing and monitoring strategic relationships between external entities and end users as well as the ordering of equipment. Melanie is responsible for financial data, payroll, sales commissions, overseeing purchasing and human resources. She determines the accountabilities of process, procedures, and policies for the Internet, television and telephone divisions. Curt is responsible for directing all sales efforts and managing our sales staff for the purpose of acquiring and maintaining hotel clients. He researches and develops new market opportunities—including various programs with subcontractors, bandwidth providers, video providers and wholesale services. Chris is responsible for the high level management of our 12 Help Desk technicians as well as our six field support and installation technicians. Eddie manages a team of networking technicians and engineers. He also plays active role in emergency response and enhanced Tier 1 / Tier 2 troubleshooting. At BBH, Larry is responsible for generating quotes for the BBH Sales Team, system design, purchasing, project management, deployment and service for all properties. He also does product research & testing, training, and provides top tier technical support.
Alan joined BBH in June of 2015 to head up the PBX Division.
